Loved the people I worked with. Loved the projects I got to work on, and that I was actually doing real world programming like my Senior Mentor and not just doing the lower level monotonous type work.

Kind of has the old school environment feel to it.

I wish that the way they audit was a bit different, but other than that I feel like they gave us all the resources we need to succeed.
Advice
This will be a job that requires you to stretch, but the growth that comes from it will help you so much in the long run.
