I loved the atmosphere and the welcoming attitude. Sectra made it clear that interns were a part of the team and they take pride in their fantastic company culture, as well as every individual person who works there. I would highly recommend Sectra as a place to work.

One piece of advice I would share is to really immerse yourself in what Sectra does. It is a very rewarding work environment and one that people are happy to be a part of.

What I liked

As a technical intern, we had the chance to work on various different projects. This opportunity allowed us to sharpen various different technical skills that employers will look for. The culture at Sectra is very friendly, and everyone is willing to help you as long as you put forth the effort as well.

There are a lot of valuable lessons that you can learn from in this experience. Make sure to stay attentive and soak in as much information as you can.

Advice

Although Sectra may not be a household name like other medical companies, it is an amazing place to work. You are able to grow inside the company fairly quick and there are so many opportunities that come with it. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!
