I liked the learning experience that I was given working over the summer at SECEP.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more support for the staff and the staff not getting mad when new employees didn't know what to do. As well as proper training on how to work with the student's Goals and logging them.
Advice
When you work for them, make sure to read the ieps and binders, so you know what each child will do and act.
