What I liked
Everything!!! The structure..... well, there was no structure. Everyone is responsible for their own workload and seeking new business. The environment is very conducive to collaboration and teamwork and also very relaxed. Hard work is rewarded and I am constantly given opportunities to develop myself professionally and learn something new.
