What I liked
I like working in a small office environment, where most of my coworkers know who I am and I know who they are and what they do. I like working intimately with a team that they allowed me to interview and pick (as the senior-most intern I'm technically the intern manager). I also enjoy the casual nature of my work environment. I work directly opposite the CEO and regularly speak with the president, and am involved in relevant decisions made on the user system. I was allowed the freedom and responsibility to design the system we use in content creation, and it has made me more motivated and positively engaged in my work.
