The staff is a very welcoming community and everyone is friendly to each other even if we have an obvious departmental difference. The establishment itself is fun to work in and helps provide a well rounded view of customer service.
What I wish was different
I wish the pay was a couple cents higher and that we had a better technology department. Seeing as we’re the science museum I’d hope our tech would have been up to date and ready for anything but it’s out of date and malfunctions in the oddest ways.
Advice
This is a wonderful first job, they provide a welcoming workplace and although there isn’t much room for improvement, the community and benefits make up for it.
