What I liked
Amazing staff who lead the farm and the summer camp. They really care about their jobs and the community they serve.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have been a full time staffer! But I had other obligations this summer as well.
Advice
Don't be afraid to be goofy for the kids. It means so much to them for you to engage with them and also be a role model in a kind and open way.
