I loved the people I worked with! The team there was very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. I also loved the flexibility.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have had more time to be in the actual workspace and gotten to interact with my coworkers more. I really enjoyed the month or so that I got to spend in the office.
Advice
I'd recommend setting a consistent schedule for yourself and creating a sense of separation from online work time and online everything else time.

I worked independently most of the time.
What I wish was different
We usually worked more than 9 hours and sometimes were expected to be at work for 12 hours. I wish we had set hours.
Advice
Listen to your body and take your time working. Taking care of yourself is important but also be respectful to your employers and their expectations of you.

Full time work. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Comprehensive training. Consistent feedback process and prioritization.

I wish I could have started later in the day. 8 am start time plus a 30 minute drive meant I often got up at 6:30 to ensure I had enough time to eat breakfast, get ready, and make the commute.
Advice
Using resources and networking to find your summer job makes the process smooth and you are more likely to know people you are working with and have good expectations and a good experience.
