I liked the atmosphere and emphasis on my individual tasks. I was really able to work by myself and manage my priorities and was able to improve my time management skills.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to explore other tasks besides the student Individual Education Plans, but since those were prioritized with mailing deadlines, I understand.
Advice
One piece of advice would be to always be open to trying a new experience that your boss extends to you and to not be afraid to ask questions!

What I liked
Really loved the summer school principal. The leadership team was amazingly nice and helpful.

I would have loved to have more time in the schools! Really amazing experience as a first time teacher!
