Since we opened our gates for the Inaugural Game back on May 25, 2012, we have strived to create positive lasting impressions by providing a product that is fun, affordable, welcoming, entertaining, and family friendly.
With a successful first season under our belts, we have established a brand we are proud of, and look to build on that for years to come. In every facet both on the field and off, the Boomers seek to be synonymous with excellence. We are proud to partner with organizations such as Wintrust Community Banks, who share the same commitment to community as we do.
Through partnerships with local schools, libraries, and non-profit groups, the Boomers aim to give back to the community that has welcomed us with open arms. We seek to do our part by opening the stadium to you, hosting events such as the Village of Schaumburg Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks Show.
After turning in an inaugural season that saw the Boomers draw over 125,000 fans and finish 4th in the Frontier League in overall attendance in our first year, we set our sights on maintaining a strong and positive presence in the community that came out to support us.
We couldn't be more grateful after a 2013 season that saw the Boomers capture Schaumburg's first-ever Championship and thanks to the best fans in the world for helping us become the 8th fastest-growing pro baseball franchise in the country! Up 20% across the board from 2012 to 2013, we owe all of our success to the overwhelming support from our ever-growing fan base!
The 2014 season was full of highlights as the Boomers led the league in attendance and set a league record for home victories. The team capped off the year by winning a second consecutive Frontier League Championship!
