The autonomy the supervisors provided me. Very good people to work with. Very willing to help when needed.
What I wish was different
I wish it was paid opportunity and would love to be in-person at the offices.
Advice
Take ownership of the work you want to do. Take responsibility for the project you're given and work hard on it.
