Clarity on other department functions and how they relate more intimately with the work I'm doing my my department.
Advice
Take initiative and be a self-starter. Become comfortable with being thrown into a new way of working or a new tool and learning on the go. Communicate clearly and often about your needs and upcoming issues or scheduling that you forsee to mitigate bottlenecks and timing issues.
