I would suggest student to apply to internship, like this one, to gain experience as earlier as they can.

What I liked
Saputo is constantly growing. I love how they are constantly pushing their employees to get better. As an intern, any questions I had are answered thoroughly and I am almost never stopped from trying to grow. Saputo loves to have employees work their way up in the company which encourages their employees to be more willing to learn.
What I wish was different
Advice
Come in with a very open mind and be ready to learn. Ask as many questions as possible, never shy away from learning something new in this company.
