Make the best of it, network with as many people as possible, schedule time on their calendar, AND ASK QUESTIONS. What I learned the most is that I needed humility above all. I needed to be able to see my work receive criticism and not take it personally, and keep improving it and fixing it, and asking for guidance and help when needed. Communication is extremely important, you must communicate with your managers and teams exactly what you're working on and what you've achieved, so people know you're putting in value.
