“I learned about economic development and how an EDC coordinates with local city entities such as the Chamber of Commerces ,county courthouse,police departments etc. I learned how the EDC assist incoming and existing businesses retaining economic development and creating an influx of development in the community as well to better the people. I like that I got to work on environmentally challenging project such as making a portfolio on who to contact and how to do it for removing a Brownsfield site , I also got to work on projects such as initiating city playgrounds to not only improve the county is environmental status but also improve the health of those Within its environment. ”
