I loved being able to work hands-on with material and being able to dive deep into the insurance world and learning how to do a lot of new things such as analyzing underwriting referrals and working with facultative reinsurance.
What I wish was different
Everything was great, but I do wish I had more independent work.
Advice
I would say to always try to go above and beyond and try to learn on your own through spectating, reading documents, and just looking around through different policies.
