The work culture and environment are open-minded and engaging. My boss gives me flexibiity around my school schedule as well I do not get mirco-managed.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to learn everything and build career relationships for networking reasons.
Advice
Always write down everything you learn, continue to learn and never become comfortable.

I loved getting to learn about things related to my major. I was able to put what I am learning at school to use.

Advice
It definitely is hard to get a job without having personal connections. Therefore, you have to network as much as you can!
