Provide secretarial and clerical support to Program Manager including travel arrangements, organization of meetings, drafting business correspondence, producing minutes of meetings, progress reports, research information in web, filing and archiving documents.
Answer phone calls and greet visitors in professional and courteous manner
Organize office layout ensuring pleasing atmosphere for visitors, members and staff
Sort out incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
Purchase, receive and control inventory of the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
Administer petty cash according to established procedures
Entering data into online loyalty platform
Maintain employee records
Perform other related duties as required
