Get to know your teammates, ask for help, and go above and beyond what is asked to stand out. Reach out to others in the company for career advice, most are willing to help if asked.

Managers were approachable and helpful. You are provided with opportunity to work with senior leadership.
What I wish was different
It would have been good if there was a more structured training process for new hires. Training is dependent upon your manager.
Advice
Work diligently and ask questions. If you work hard and produce quality material, you will do well. Show eagerness to learn and take on more responsibility.
