Rush Mountain Adventure Park had a fun atmosphere to work in with awesome coworkers and managers. They planned events after hours for employees to have fun and get to each other better.
What I wish was different
Nothing, the managers were very receptive in hearing information and ideas about how they could make the workplace a better environment.
Advice
I have worked at this location since I was in high school. By being a hard working employee they have been flexible in offering me a position to return each summer I have gone home. In my return they have offered me raises as well as promotions within the company.
