I enjoyed the customer service side of my job as well as being able to work with high school students and teach them job skills gained in a part time job.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have branched out more within the corporation to gain more knowledge about how the business runs.
Advice
I believe that everyone should work in the fast food industry. You will learn much more about customer service and thinking on your feet than you would be able to in any school setting.
