My boss was very encouraging and energetic. The atmosphere was relaxed while having some competitive elements.
What I wish was different
I wish that shifts weren't so long. There were a few times where I had three 8+ hours shift days in a row. Being on your feet and attuned to others for so long can be very draining.
Advice
To have the most fun and make time go by fastest, I would really try to invest in the customers. Trying to get to know them beyond running/walking makes people feel cared for.
