the independency i had and the responsibilities. managing tables and cleaning them put myself in a center of control with the rest of the staff. greeting customers too :)

having more staff to accept it tougher schedules and busier days

sometimes things wont work out the way you planned and all you have to do is adapt and think of a different plan to attack the situation
