What I wish was different

Management seemed slightly confused, there were three managers and one general manager. It seemed as if they didn't communicate enough and didn't know how to properly create a schedule, beneficial to all members of the staff. There were many occasions I would question why they did what they did in regards to scheduling, and also times where I had a twelve hour work day.

Making cash tips to put right in the bank every night I worked.

The location was more organized, and a better crowd of customers came in.

Advice

Not all customers will be great, but it is a part of the job and in the end the money is worth it and great for college students.
