Advice

It is a good experience for young kids that want help in trying things. This company puts you out of your comfort zone as they make you sell monthly memberships so you will gain experience in talking to customers and having a sales pitch.

What I liked

I liked that I was able to work outside and be active throughout the summer.

What I wish was different

I wish that i had been able to learn more about how the actual mechanics of the car was had worked as those things always fascinated me.

Advice

It is much easier to excel at this job if you work there for longer than just one summer, the longer you work there the more you learn and the better employee and teammate you can be.

What I liked

It was very hands on! I was able to not only gain crucial experience in working with customers, but also conducting myself in meetings, and the overall culture it takes to run a business! I was able to establish great relationships with coworkers; some of whom even go to UB as well! Not only that, but you also are eligible for a $0.75 raise every three months working; if you pass training accordingly. So I was able to earn a little extra money while also learning quite a lot. Overall it was a great learning experience and I am so happy to be a part of this company.

What I wish was different

I wish I was able to experience other locations, rather than just the individual one. I find myself most successful when I am mobile and working with an array of people from different backgrounds.
