What I liked

I was able to experience all of the different aspects of an e-commerce business. The boss also allowed me to jump into different projects based on my interests and college major. The environment is very chill, but so fun and upbeat. I loved that there was no dress code and we could wear whatever we wanted!

What I wish was different

Advice

Lean in to the workplace culture! Everyone is so fun and welcoming! There are so many in-office bonding experiences that helped me to build strong connections and friendships with my co-workers!

What I liked

The office was a fun, inclusive environment that fosters creativity and growth. I got to experience whaat it is like to run a business and all of the things that go into it. I was able to lead projects and take control of my development.
