I loved the location and the freedom I had within the company to choose what I wanted to do. My coworkers were amazing and I worked with a very diverse group of people.
What I wish was different
I wish that there had been a little bit more structure within my projects, but the lack of structure helped me learn more about how I work well.
Advice
Try to do something that puts you very far outside of Your comfort zone because in the end it will end up doing you a lot of good.
