Rock Springs Ranch is a year round camp, conference and retreat center located in the Flint Hills of Kansas. Rock Springs is part of the Kansas 4-H Foundation a non-profit entity. We strive to make the best better for all Kansas youth through leadership, educational and service opportunities. Rock Springs hosts a variety of camps throughout the summer season! We hire specialists positions in Challenge/Leadership, Conservation, Shooting Sports, Aquatics, Equine and Crafts/Retail. In the Summer Leadership Program we believe that camp is more than just a summer job. It is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others and grow as a leader.
The goals of the summer leadership program: To provide Safe, Educational and Fun programming, to provide positive role models for campers and to provide professional development opportunities through workshops and hands-on experiences that widen your skill sets and knowledge for a successful future.
