What I liked

I loved everything about my experience at Rochling. This was my first internship opportunity to advance my knowledge in HR and it was the best learning experience I have had the chance to be a part of. The HR team is more than willing to teach, nurture, and prepare you for success after graduation. I learned a lot and consider the HR team in Akron my mentors and admire their willingness to go above and beyond to help you grow as an individual and HR professional.

What I wish was different

Nothing, the team I had the opportunity to work with were incredibly welcoming and treated me well.

Advice

As in any internship opportunity, ask questions. You are there to learn so don't be afraid to ask questions and get clarification. I asked the HR team in Akron countless questions each day and never was there a time where there was an unwillingness to provide an answer or explanation. The team was very helpful and willing to loop me in anything that was going on in relation to HR and the company.
