The staff and coworkers strive to make the library a welcoming and inclusive place that runs smoothly. This is difficult to manage because of the sheer volume of materials and patrons, but through hard work and communication it happens.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more opportunities for upward mobility and a larger variety of job tasks.

The Rochester Public Library relies on self-sufficient workers, make sure to ask questions, learn new things, and take advantage of your time there!
