What I liked
The company culture is fantastic. They really care about you and everyone is seeking to constantly be growing and improving. You will definitely learn a lot, quickly and you'll be surrounded by some really awesome people.
What I wish was different
You may not necessarily get assigned to a ton of different projects throughout the year. You still get your hands in one or two of them at the least. The projects are all awesome but your specific experience will vary based on the project(s) you get assigned to.
Advice
Do it. You learn a ton about Agile development, best practices, professional development opportunities, and how to write good, clean code. Also, it's a ton of fun.
Apply, be yourself, and show you can learn.
