Comfortable environment, interesting work, manageable pace. Office is very well managed and my direct manager is very easy to get along with. It's a great foot in the door for tech and IT careers.
What I wish was different
Pay is quite poor for what is demanded and what is industry standard. Corporate is inflexible on policy and refuses to communicate properly. Customers can be very rude and impatient.
Advice
Negotiate high when you first start. HQ will not reward you later, but will continue to demand more of you than what is reasonable. Don't do more than what you're payed for, it can only hurt you in the long run.
