I really liked the culture of RitzHolman. It is a small firm based in Milwaukee, thus everybody in the office knows and talk to each other. RitzHolman also has the open-door policy which makes it really easy for people to go up to a partner or manager for any questions that they may have. I also really liked RitzHolman's clients base who are not-for-profit organizations. Most of them are from around Milwaukee area, therefore I didn't have to travel a lot every time I went out for a fieldwork.
