The work environment at the store location where I had my position was very welcoming and comfortable in terms of my relationship with other coworkers and superiors.
What I wish was different
The air conditioning was broken and inside the store. It would get so hot on some summer days with very little air flow that I could barely do my job. On these days it felt like I needed to stay standing in front of the fan in order to even function. The manager tried to fix it but there was little they could do without someone higher up getting involved (it was a slow process).
Advice
I loved the people I was working with it was definitely a good summer job for me (other than some hot days).
