What I wish was different
I wish that we staffed more interns to help control the large amounts of calls we would receive every day regarding football helmet reconditionings. Unfortunately, our hold time would get excessive on most days, despite me and my fellow interns working feverishly to attend to every call, which I am sure left a bad taste in our customers mouths.
