Rick Engineering provides great support top to bottom, and the culture is very strong. I learned something new everyday, and enjoyed attending seminars on the programs we use throughout the company.

Shorter commute time.

Understand any areas you are slow at completing or don't know how to complete and ask questions. Review questions at home and work to become more efficient.
