The workplace culture was fantastic. Not once did I experience a co-worker unwilling to go out of their way to help me understand and master my tasks and new ideas. They offered plenty of challenging opportunities that surpassed anything I've learned in the classroom.
What I wish was different
The drive from Eau Claire to Rice Lake was a little longer during the winter months but carpooling makes the time go by fast.
Advice
I learned to never put myself down, if you have an idea, share it, if you want to take on extra work, ask for it.
