Rexel had an amazing helping culture. My favorite part of the experience was the capstone project. The executive team selected specialized projects for each intern with areas they needed improvements. The rotational aspect of the internship allows you to experience multiple sides of a corporate business. They are also constantly updating their internship program so I know it will be even better year after year.
What I wish was different
The only thing I would have wanted to be different was the first week setting up, there were opportunities for improvement.
Advice
Absorb as much information as you can while you are in this internship because time will fly. Also, make sure to put good effort into the capstone project because it could be something Rexel will use in the future.
