I had a great manager that made sure I had tasks that interested me and were at my level of experience.
What I wish was different
I think in retrospect that I would have invested more time into networking.
Advice
Definitely go after your own opportunities. People are very friendly at Covanta and willing to help you get involved in the things you are interested in!
