What I liked
I really enjoyed getting to see what product development was like in such a large consumer products industry such as Revlon. At my internship, I heard from different employees and their roles at the company through weekly lunch-and-learns, which were extremely helpful and gave me a better sense of where I may want to be in the future. It was also a great networking experience.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had more set responsibilities, but I do not regret anything regarding my internship.
Advice
Take advantage at your time at any company- network, network, network! Also, make an effort to learn about different roles within the company.

I liked the ability to see how a corporation works, especially in the midst of an acquisition and a digital transformation

They do not have a proper internship program, so I did not get to work with a lot of other people my age

This job is very physical so if you don't like standing and working for long periods of time, then this job may not be for you.
