I was able to work on a variety of interesting projects since I was paired with startups from different industries that had distinctive needs. I also had the opportunity to launch our own startup venture project with a fellow intern. The experience helped me learn about the many essential components in creating a successful business model as well as understand how organizations in various industries operate under different environments.
What I wish was different
The internship could be a bit more structured and have some more professional development and social events.
Advice
Try to be open-minded and willing to learn about different industries and businesses. Prepare to be flexible and mindful when managing a variety of projects.
