“I enjoyed working with my colleagues! Our executive director and deputy executive director took me under their wings and taught me things like Excel and Google Sheets. I learned to work independently as well as with other interns and employees. These are things that I did not have to learn in college. But what I enjoyed the most was helping constituents living throughout Duval County and finding the answers they were looking for. If I did not know the answer, I would search and even call other resources like the Duval County Supervisor of Elections. I truly enjoyed the challenge of researching and helping people!”
