What I liked

I liked how quick the communication was between me and the job recruiter. There was a pretty straightforward start process and extensive training.

What I wish was different

I was slightly unclear about what I would be doing. I had a good idea of it but there were some parts that I didn't realize until training.

Advice

I would definitely do all your research and ask lots of questions to the job recruiter and your trainor to have the best possible experience.

What I liked

My supervisor is super understanding. I interviewed before I left for out of town for a month and they worked with me. My coworkers are always willing to help, too, when I have a conflicting schedule.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have started sooner.

Advice

If you’re looking for a job with flexible hours, this is it. You can get a job that will work you as many hours as you would like. If you’re hoping to keep it after the summer, you can adjust your hours accordingly. It’s a 24/7 call center, so your schedule can meet whatever needs you might have.
