I loved working at Renesas. Not only did I learn a lot from very experienced professions, I also met some amazing people and made lifelong friends. I was treated like one of their own. My manager and my mentor helped me out whenever I needed help. I also got to work at different sections of the company which gave me exposure to different semiconductor fabrication techniques.
What I wish was different
The workforce at Renesas (Palm Bay) was quite old. Most of the professionals were very close to retirement. But Renesas is working very hard to change that.
Advice
Make sure you know your basics and practice presentation/communication skills

What I liked
The technical challenges of the work, the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees, and the area itself (super close to the beach!).
What I wish was different
It would be nice to see more diversity in terms of age of employees, but I believe that Renesas is working on hiring more people.
Advice
Never be afraid to ask questions! Everyone at Renesas was kind and willing to share their vast amount of knowledge and experiences.
