Since it was a start-up company, there was more wiggle room/ freedom when it came to creative work. I had direct contact with the CEO and operations manager. Although it was unpaid, the CEO would hold workshops about her experience and business tips that were beneficial to know.

I wish I would’ve gotten more consistent feedback on my creative projects.

To take advantage of they easy accessibility you have to the CEO and operations manager! To get advice from them and communicate with them what areas you’d like to learn about when a business.
