I loved the work environment and the work in general. Reid Ranch allows you to learn so many new things and you honestly become a part of a little family with your coworkers throughout the summer.
What I wish was different
Due to the location of the ranch sometimes it was difficult to contact people outside of the ranch.
Advice
The job requires hard work and a focused mind but, as if you put the needed effort in and care about the work you do it is a very enjoyable job. It might seem scary that there is no service but it is honestly really nice and allows you to get to know the people you are working with better and go and do fun things that you normally would not do.

It's kind of the middle of no where, so you get to know your coworkers really well, really fast. It's a tight group.

It is a very fast paced, customer service oriented job. You will be tired at the end of the day from the physical work and the interactions with guests.
