What I liked

I enjoy working for my boss and alongside my co-workers. The environment is healthy and made up of a community of hard working individuals who love the Lord and support each other.. I was always learning and doing work.

What I wish was different

Age demographics. I am the youngest by about 15 years.

Advice

Do not ever eliminate yourself or sell yourself short of doing something. You can always learn and grow. Ask questions when you don’t understand. Apply yourself and do your best even if you’ve never done it before. You are capable of so much more than you realize.

What I liked

My employers were caring and catered the job towards my skills. I was able to grow in my leadership and collaboration skills.

What I wish was different

Work was a little slow at first, but it picked up as new leadership was implemented.

Advice

Be diligent and work hard. Even when things don't start out like how you wanted, that doesn't mean it wont change.

What I liked

It is different than the usual employer-employye relationship. Supervisors are more than willing to pray with you, give you advice on life, and help anyway they can. You can't find these kinds of people anywhere else. Knowing they always had my back made working here that much better than it already was.
