What I liked

I really liked the welcoming atmosphere of the office. Everyone was eager to get to know me and teach me how to jump into the in's and out's of the company. I enjoyed receiving beneficial feedback on my work and projects. I also enjoyed being involved in the company no matter what my position, I was able to interact with co-workers at all levels.

What I wish was different

One thing that I wish had been different is I wish I had found this company sooner than my last semester in college. It is such a great environment that supports you and your goals in and outside of the company. It is a great pathway that helps you grow and prepare for life after college.

Advice

One piece of advice I would share about my experience is to not be intimidated about entering an IT industry. I have no background/prior knowledge in IT or security but RedZone does a great job of explaining things at a basic level so the general ideas and terms are simplified. Once I got the basics down I was able to learn a lot in meetings and events.
