Flexible and dynamic opportunities even during the Coronavirus pandemic allowed me to stay engaged and motivated with different tasks.

I do wish we could have done more in person but this year has had changes for many people.
Advice
I would advise other students to apply for positions before the semester is over. I know it is hard to apply for jobs during school, but taking the initiative to plan your summer ahead of time benefits both you and your future employer.

What I liked
A very open minded company that is very understanding and supportive of students continuing their education. This company has very strong passions regarding the future of this area and our environment and does all they can to protect that and advocate on behalf of the environmentally conscious customer. Also, already in my time there I have seen numerous improvements for employees and specifically going out of their way to show appreciation for Field Associates (similar to an intern style position).
What I wish was different
So far I have had no issues, I feel that RCEA really values their employees.
Advice
Be ready to learn and eager to help others out, often you will find more to do by asking who you can assist with their projects, instead of waiting for one to appear for you.
