The hours are very flexible for interns and they let you have days off whenever you ask. This is not a customer service position, so I only had to talk to co-workers and not strangers.
What I wish was different
It was very repetitive, so it would have been nice to be able to change it up, but it's quality control, so what can you do.
Advice
Try to keep a positive attitude and even though it gets boring, there are people there to talk to that have good stories to tell and they can keep you entertained when you get bored.

I loved the people I worked with and the opportunity to learn more about a lab career after college.

I wish I would have been able to work more because I liked it so much.
